Try Auralis for 100 nights. If it doesn't wake you or your child up, we refund you. No hassle. No questions.
1. Overview
At Auralis, we stand behind the Auralis Wake Band completely. We know you may have already tried other alarm solutions that didn't work — that's exactly why we offer one of the most generous return policies in our category. If the Auralis Wake Band does not solve your morning problem, you should not pay for it.
This policy applies to all orders placed at www.auralisband.com and covers customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
2. Two Ways to Return
Option A — Changed Your Mind (30 Days)
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the Auralis Wake Band within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that:
- The product is unworn and unused
- It is returned in its original packaging, undamaged
- You include proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Option B — It Didn't Work (100 Nights)
If you used the Auralis Wake Band as intended and it did not reliably wake you or your child up, you may return it within 100 nights of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that:
- The product was used as directed
- The product is not damaged beyond normal wear
- You contact us before shipping the return
- You include your order number in the return email
Note: We may ask a few simple questions about how the product was used to help us improve. This is optional and will not affect your refund eligibility.
3. How to Return Your Order
- Email us at support@auralisband.com with your order number and a brief description of your reason for returning.
- We will reply within 24 hours on weekdays with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong product or the product arrived defective.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. One-Year Product Warranty
In addition to our 100-Night Guarantee, the Auralis Wake Band is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:
- Motor or vibration mechanism failure under normal use
- Battery not charging or holding charge within the first year
- Buttons or display malfunctioning due to a manufacturing fault
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, water submersion beyond the product's rated resistance, or unauthorised modifications.
To make a warranty claim, email support@auralisband.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.
6. What Is Not Covered
- Return requests submitted after 100 nights from the delivery date
- Products damaged beyond normal wear and tear
- Lost or stolen products after confirmed delivery
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Returns submitted without proof of purchase
- Products purchased from third-party resellers (not from www.auralisband.com)
7. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy is offered in addition to — and does not replace — your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
- USA: Consumer rights under state laws, including California's Consumer Legal Remedies Act, apply independently of this policy.
- Canada: Consumer protection laws vary by province. This policy does not limit your provincial rights.
- UK: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, in addition to our 30-day change-of-mind window.
- Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures.
- New Zealand: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, your consumer rights are guaranteed independently of this policy.
