Auralis Wake Band ("Auralis," "we," "us," or "our") is an e-commerce store selling vibrating alarm wristbands and related products directly to consumers. We sell primarily to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor (for example, buying the Auralis Wake Band for your child or teenager), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Products, Pricing & Orders

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Promotional pricing and discounts are valid only during the specified period
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed

3.3 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment details, you authorise Auralis to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.

We do not store your full card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Shopify Payments / Stripe).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and selected other countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address
  • We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 100-Night "Peaceful Mornings" Guarantee. If the Auralis Wake Band does not wake you or your child up, you may return it within 100 nights of delivery for a full refund.

7. Product Use & Safety

7.1 Intended Use

The Auralis Wake Band is a wearable vibrating alarm wristband designed to wake the wearer through physical vibration on the wrist. Use the product only as directed in the instructions included with your order.

7.2 Medical Disclaimer

The Auralis Wake Band is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including but not limited to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, sleep disorders, or hearing impairment. It is a consumer lifestyle product designed to assist with waking up.

If you or your child has a medical condition, sleep disorder, or any health concern that may be relevant to product use, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Auralis makes no medical claims about the effectiveness of vibration on any specific neurological or medical condition.

7.3 User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Read and follow all product instructions before use
  • Use the product only for its intended purpose
  • Discontinue use immediately if any discomfort, skin irritation, or adverse reaction occurs
  • Keep the product away from children under 6 years old (small parts risk if disassembled)

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

While the vast majority of our customers report successful results, individual outcomes may vary. Factors including depth of sleep, ADHD, medication, and wrist placement may affect performance. We make no guarantee that the product will wake every user in every circumstance.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your country:

  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for missed work, school, appointments, or other consequences arising from failure to wake up

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law in your jurisdiction.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auralis, its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.auralisband.com — including the Auralis name, logo, product images, copy, and design — is the property of Auralis and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use our website for the sole purpose of browsing and purchasing our products.

10. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@auralisband.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. Customers in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand retain their right to bring claims before local courts or consumer protection bodies.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring claims as a class action or collective proceeding.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auralis regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products.
